accepted whenever non-traditional data is indicated,

close more non-traditional loans more conveniently
than ever.
A Reliable,
Predictive Score
Unlike other non-traditional scoring models, the Anthem
Score
is generated from the Anthem Report, thereby exceeding
lender
and investor standards for “thin” and “no file” underwriting.
Anthem Score considers the type of credit, the length
of credit, the payment history, and the verification
methods used. All of this comes together to produce
a predictive underwriting score for loan origination.
