When assisting consumers with potentially little or no credit history, Instant Merge is the first in a series of short steps to initiate the loan qualification process:
- Start with a traditional credit check – Instant Merge.
- If incorrect tradeline data is present, our Rapid Recheck service is available for fast bureau level updates.
- If insufficient credit data – thin or no file – then request an Anthem Report.
- Underwrite a loan that meets or exceeds lender and investor requirements.
