Company History:
The Company was originally founded in 1960, to meet lender needs
for a full range of credit products. In 1995, CREDCO was acquired
by First American Corporation, a Southern California-based provider
of real estate-related financial services including: title insurance,
tax monitoring, mortgage credit reporting, property data services,
flood certification, field inspection services, appraisal services,
loss mitigation, mortgage loan origination and servicing systems,
mortgage document preparation; home warranty; specialty credit reporting,
consumer lending, resident screening, pre-employment screening,
and investment, trust and banking operations.
